July Building Committee Update

Activities thru July 18, 2025:

1. July 7, 25 the BC approved a quote from Dalton Renovations to complete the offices on the south side of main entrance. Work will be completed by Mid August. These include Allyssa, Earl and Elaine’s offices.
2. We anticipate approving a proposal to complete the mother’s room with security doors within the next 30 days.
3. Diann Thompson and Rowland Albertson (President and Treasure of the COTH Corporation) have executed the proposal from GenTech as approved by the BC and LC.
4. Mike Shoates and I will be meeting with Tommy Thompson this week to see if he would be willing to Chair the Building Fund committee.
5. In the month of October we should have the necessary documentation, plans, renderings etc., that will allow the church to vote to proceed. A go / no go option.
